Let’s face it—some people age gracefully. We prefer to age strategically. And as two self-confessed lovers of glamour, glow, and just the right amount of help, it felt only fitting that Forking Fabulous should kick off not with a restaurant review, but with a little… enhancement.
Enter: Dr. Ayham Ayoubi—the man with the needle, the vision, and the most soothing voice you’ll ever hear while someone is coming at your face with a syringe.
Dr. Ayoubi is the founder of the London Medical & Aesthetic Clinic, tucked discreetly on Manchester Square, just far enough from the madness of Marylebone High Street to feel exclusive, but close enough for a quick post-filler coffee if your lips still function (ours did, barely).
The clinic is beautiful—elegant, light-filled, spotless—but not in that sterile, soulless way. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel like you’re in safe, capable, very expensive hands. The staff are warm and utterly professional. It’s quiet luxury, injected quite literally.
Dr. Ayoubi himself is a rare thing: a charming, kind, and honest aesthetic doctor who tells you what you don’t need just as gently as he tells you what you might. He doesn’t sell faces—he sculpts them. Subtly. And thankfully for us, with a very steady hand.
Scott, being a red carpet veteran (and someone who has had more cameras pointed at him than most A-listers’ publicists), went for the classic combo: Botox to lift and soften, a touch of filler, and a subtle refresh that left him looking like he just stepped out of a week at the spa—without the cucumber water or the robe.

Caron, of course, wanted lift. Cue JULIÉNE—the next-generation lactic acid-based collagen stimulator that Dr. Ayoubi described as “the new Sculptra, but better.” It works gradually to plump and hydrate, giving a soft, natural fullness over time. “I want to look expensive,” she said. “You already do,” he replied, as he marked up her cheekbones. Reader, we swooned.
Was there a little bruising? The tiniest amount. Did we milk it for sympathy (and content)? Absolutely. But honestly, the results already speak for themselves—and we’re not even at peak glow yet.
What we love most is that nothing looks “done.” We just look fresher, lifted, a little less tired, a little more “yes I woke up like this” (but with help). Dr. Ayoubi’s ethos is all about enhancing what’s there, not replacing it—and for two opinionated perfectionists like us, that’s everything.
We’ll be back. Probably regularly. Possibly forever. Because in a world of filters and filler fatigue, finding someone who makes you look like you (but on a really good day) is a gift.
So if you’re considering a tweak, a lift, or just a gentle nudge into the world of subtle aesthetic magic, this is your man. Just don’t all book at once—we like our appointments on time.
